Marketing real estate is the ultimate relationship business, because in reality I am in a partnership with my clients and my rewards only come if my efforts on behalf of my “partners” are successful.
I have chosen to concentrate my practice in the commercial real estate market primarily within Saratoga County. I know that by focusing my attention on a specific market and maintaining a high level of knowledge about the commercial properties and the activity within that market, I will be more effective in my efforts on behalf of my partners and ultimately for myself.
I also work to keep in touch with my clients so that they are always aware of current market conditions as well as my progress on their respective projects. I never forget that my success depends on their success.
